Vampire Hunting Diary

Greetings my fellow hunters,

This weekend I've been called from a priest in France, because of a few strange events that don't add up.
The priest is another of my contacts and, as usual, he's down in the business of hunting leeches...but this time it's a bit of a problem, he needs help.

I wonder what might be going on for him to need my help, so I will be leaving as soon as possible and see what's happening over there: the social status of vampires over there has always been steady and descreet, so some really big event sounds really strange.

If it's a fuss over nothing, then it's gonna be a nice vacation...but I must get ready for anything...so guys...wish me luck, I will let you hear news pretty soon.

Greetings my fellow hunters,

I've been hunting down the streets for a few days and, I must admit, I'm pretty stressed out.
This guy was a tough one: people always around, very careful and, worst of all, he knew he was being chased. This one was my fault, but you don't know how hard it is to find out if a guy is really a vampire or not, and this day it's the worst ever: all those movies talking about them, the youngs believing it's a cool thing being one of them, or just being seen as one of them. Really, you would not be in my way and, most of all, you don't want me to think you are one of them.

Honestly, I can't take it anymore, and I don't know if I really want my own son to go on with our family business.

For everyone out there, thinking it's cool to fake being a vampire, if you are ever reading this, please stop once for your own good.

I'm not threatening you, just think about it: what if you are successfull? You may happen to know a real one, and that one might just easily find out what you really are...and then, it won't transform you. That can't happen. You would just be eaten. Period.

So, please, don't do it. It's already hard enaugh to chase them down even without further help from outside ignorant fools.

However, to come back on the main subject, it's been tough but it's been done: I disposed of the body as usual (I try to destroy it whenever I can) so it should be considered missing in a few days.

I think that bastard broke a few ribs, so it will take a few days before I will be back on the hunt.

Greetings my fellow hunters,

I know it's a slow start, but life is busy for everyone, and as you might guess that's the way it works for me too.
Lately it's a mess at my job's place, all stuff happening with everyone taking the smallest s*** as the biggest problem in their life. Poor ignorant ones.

At night, I've been researching possible vampire activities all around the world: one thing I haven't told you yet, is that it's not like in the movies, where everything that happens is due to demonic creatures, ghosts or supernatural things of sorts. Most vampires live in a well defined society of them, with their own rules and everything. As of today, many of them can coexist with our society, abiding laws and everything, some of them are even my contacts: this makes me feel some kind of detective (lol).

Oh yeah, being modern times, I must admit that they have become more clever and use today's comfort like we do. Some of them are very good computer hacker, and this helps more then you might think, some are politicians, some mechanics and so on. So, in brief, they are not the beasts you are used to see in the movies, not all of them at least, making my free time job even harder.

I'll let you know what my current research will lead to (details will be explained after I've come up to effective results)
