What a vampire truly is and how to kill it

Greetings my fellow hunters,

For starters, let's dispel a few myths:
- vampires aren't some sort of freaking dead men, corpses with strange demonic powers that let them have superpowers: vampires are, in all ways, well and alive
- vampire can easily and freely walk in the daylight
- vampire don't give a s*** about your holy stuff: holy water and all that hollywood-movie-setup won't do a thing
- same goes for garlic, but I think some of them might even like it
- vampires won't die with a stake in their heart (in fact, they hardly have one)
- vampires can eat like everybody else, they need to even if they need blood too
- vampires don't shapeshift in bats
- a vampire won't bite your neck and politely ask you to become one of them, it will eat you whole
- not every vampire is your average hot guy / chick
- last but not least, vampires are not sparkling under the sunlight

That said, now I have to explain a few things...

A vampire is technically a person. It works just like everybody else, except for a few things. They are so human that you wouldn't be able to say one by another, if you didn't know how to check out. We could even say that vampires are a human race. They eat, they age (at slower rate but they do) and eventually they die. The real fundamental difference is their circulatory system: they have self-pumping veins where metabolically enhanced blood runs. A vampire needs its heart only when in need of more physical effort: in this case it works like intended and pumps like crazy (and that's why you see all that blood fountains in every vampire movie, even if nobody knew, it's just like that). Oh yeah, they are very fast and strong and they do heal faster.

You might ask what's the problem with that: they're strong, fast and fast-healing, no heart but no biggie right?
Well, the issue is that circulatory system, that enhanced blood in them is what drives them to murderous acts. It isn't even a matter of will, cause it's in their nature and they can't do a s*** about it. It's this blood at fault, blood that they disperately need to stay alive, so yeah, it might as well be a curse.

However, stabbing them won't do because they have all the veins in their body pumping the blood, so there are 3 things you can do to dispose of them:
1. make them bleed to death (hard to achieve because they really heal fast)
2. burn them
3. the better way when doable: make them headless

Yours
V.H.
